As Mayer Örme Tekstil, we are proud to be the biggest warp-knitted terry manufacturer in Turkey with our 16 warp-knitting machine. Along with warp-knitting, we have shearing, brushing, sublimation print and sewing departmants in-house. Our production capacity is 200 tons of fabric per month and we give world wide service with the highest quality and production standards.  To prove our quality, we are certified by OEKO-TEX Class 1 which means our products and fabrics are suitable for babies too. We use high quality cotton, bamboo and polyester yarns to obtain the optimum quality for soft, absorbent and non-allergenic terry fabrics and products.

The bathrobes, towels, ponchos and all terry products made from our fabrics are snag-proof which means terry loops don’t come out when you pull them, so the terry structure has longer durability compared to woven terry items. Our terry fabrics are also quick drying, ultra absorbent and eco friendly as they need less replacement necessity, less energy to produce and they maintain its quality even after 100 washing cycles.

In order to expand our product range, we are investing in different technologies. Our latest investment is jaquard warp-knitting machine which is the first in the world to create jaquard patterns on warp-knitted terry fabrics. We can create any logo, text or pattern on our terry fabrics based on our customer demands. You can check our jaquard fabrics here.
